Capers Guesthouse rates are per room, each accommodates 2 people. All stays are inclusive of afternoon tea on arrival and full gourmet breakfast.

Terms & Conditions
- Check in time is 1pm and check out 11am
- Deposit of 50% required to secure booking. 2 weeks notice of cancellation is required (3 weeks for Capers Cottage)
- With less notice, refund of deposit is subject to room/cottage being re-booked
- Credit Cards accepted (except Diners)
- Prices quoted are subject to change without notice

- Smoking at Capers is permitted outside only
