Achieving the dream of becoming a National and World Champion Triathlete, Lynn decided to pursue a career in bodywork and massage. In 1994 she attained a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies which included anatomy, physiology, sports medicine, massage techniques & a First Aid Certificate.
Lynn’s experience covers positions at five star Sydney Hotel Spa’s and at the Golden Door Resort Spa at Cypress Lakes. A registered therapist, Lynn also treats most pain and injury along with backpain, headaches and energy problems such as Chronic Fatigue problems.
"My mission is to strive to provide my clients with specialist massage therapies and in so doing assist them in achieving health, harmony and quality of life".

Ian is a qualified Remedial and Orthotherapy Therapist. He has worked in the industry since 1996. Your Massage will evolve as you discuss with him your individual needs.
He uses massage, stretch and gentle correction of the posture to assist in the reduction of long term intractable problems.
